Gables resident built an empire of coffee brands
José Angel 'Pepe' Souto parlayed a door-to-door coffee delivery business into a
multilabel espresso empire that three sons and seven grandchildren now run.
Souto, 91, of Coral Gables, died of lymphoma on Nov. 18. His legacy: nearly
600,000 cafés con leché, cortaditos, coladas and cafecitos consumed daily in
South Florida alone -- at least four of the latter by Souto...
